International Shipments

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) incurred once
a shipment reaches your destination country. Kirby Morgan is not responsible for these
charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

If you experience any issues with your shipment, such as delays or missing packages, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided. They are typically best positioned to quickly resolve delivery-related concerns. If the carrier is unresponsive or unable to assist, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer for Gift Orders

Make sure all shipping details are accurate before confirming your order, especially when sending a gift. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned, lost, or delivered to the wrong location, the customer will pay any additional fees to resend the item. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses.

Returned Orders Due to Address Errors

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will attempt to contact the customer using the information provided at checkout. If we do not receive a response within 30 days of our first contact attempt, the order will be considered abandoned and no refund or reshipment will be issued.
