Call or Email us to start your claim and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. (Must be within 30 days of receipt). Business hours are M-F 8am-4:30pm

SHIP IT

Make sure you have the following in your return package: Invoice# and RMA#, Copy of original packing list, and your item you want to return (in new condition with original packaging).

CONFIRMATION

You will receive a confirmation email once your return has arrived at our facility.

FAQ

Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt in new condition (including all materials such as manuals, if any).

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to your return. (For returns that are not at the fault of Kirby Morgan Apparel.)

Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Cost of shipping must be prepaid at the point of return.

If the return is a result of our error, you will be credited the amount of your return shipping charges.
