International Shipments: the recipient of the package is responsible for all duties and taxes and brokerage fees. Duties and taxes and brokerage fees are not included in the shipping and handling fee we charge. Please check with your local agency for details on estimated fees.
RETURNS & REFUNDS RMA’S, RETURN POLICY, REFUND POLICY
Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. If purchase was made using a Shop Kirby Morgan gift card a new gift card will be issued for the credit amount. Items that meet our returns guidelines will receive a full refund, less shipping charges. Items that do not meet these guidelines will receive only partial refunds. Please allow 4 weeks for your refund to be processed; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. A credit will then be posted to your account after the date of processing. We will only refund shipping charges if the wrong item was sent, or if the sent item is defective. Returned orders do not qualify for free shipping. $5.00 in shipping charges will be deducted from the refund total on all returned orders that were shipped free of charge. Customers requesting exchanges will be charged $5.00 for return Ground shipping. Restocking fee – 15% for all returns.
